I went in dreading how "serious" my problem was. Within a few moments KJ reassured me it was simply two screws loose with my implants (my family would agree that I have a couple of screws loose)!!! From the person behind the front desk, to every professional that works there, they are kind and friendly and take their job of taking care of the client, very seriously. Going to the dentist is no longer filled with dread, since I started going to Buffalo Prairie Dental! One last thing, if you are considering have implants, DO IT! They are the best thing to come from this profession in a long time!!”

I absolutely hated to go to the Dentist. I had lost a filling in one of my molars and dreaded the thought of having it fixed but I knew it had to. After seeing a Dentist he said I had to have a root canal and would have to go out of town to have that done. Not a big fan of traveling out of town I got a second opinion. Dr. KJ confirmed I needed a root canal. Dr. KJ made me feel very comfortable and was able to do the root canal that same day. No pain whatsoever, none. Dr. KJ and the whole staff at Buffalo Prairie are GREAT. I WILL BE GOING BACK. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I wanted to wait 1 week after my last visit to give an honest review on 3 permanent crowns completed on 11/09/2023. Dr. Shy and his team, who are like an extended family to each other, are amazing! When you walk into their office, you are greeted as a person, unlike other businesses who see you as an account number. I am a pretty picky person, to say the least. There hasn't been any type of "wait time" for them to call me back into the room. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer any and all questions you may have as if you were the only person there. When your questions are being answered, you do not need to have a degree to understand what they are saying. Wonderful bedside manner, and they make sure you are happy! To be a dentist (in my opinion) you have to be calm, informative, caring, love to see people smile before they leave, take pride in their work, artistic (when shaping crowns or whatever procedure you are having done) and make sure that the person who is in that chair, are treated as a person. If you do not want the best experience you could have, then you can always go somewhere else. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest and recommend Dr. Shy and his team! Thank you so much for helping me smile again and be more confident!
